  • 14 days  free relacement. (requst within 14 days from your receipt, the product is in original conditions, and pay for the shipping cost for return)

  • 12-month free maintenance to the projector, 6- month free maintenance to the projector lamp ( return the product, pay for any parts if required to be replaced and the shipping cost for return )

  • Confirm the return address and the logistics menthod with us before returning,  adn send us the tracking number, we will repair or exchange them as soon as possible when we recieve it.

  • You can repaire the projector by yourself after we send the parts you have paid for.

  • Send items within 48 hours after you have choosen a shipping method and paid the order inclding the shipping fee.

  • Do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments.

  • May be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused ships.

  • The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties

  • These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery.

  • If you didn't receive your product during 15 days, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • The shipping fee is different according to your address and the qualities.

  • if your address is belong to remoteares, it will charge more 36 USD via DHL, or will choose

            another way for your shippment.

We will refund you if you return the items within 14 days of your receipt of the items for any reason. However, the buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions.  If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full refund.  The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the costof damage or loss.
